I finished a gallon of milk TEN DAYS after the expiration date. That is by far the farthest I’ve ever treaded into this dangerous zone. I suppose I risked a violent episode but I also have an incredibly strong stomach - and a starving artist needs to stretch food out. Too bad you can’t fill it up with water, shake it up, and set it back in the fridge.
