Day 509/-223: Monday, February 4, 2008: Kick It (written 7/23/08)
July 23rd, 2008
I’ve always said the three components of a good friend (and of course I have it defined) are: someone you like to hang out with, someone you can confide in, and someone you don’t mind asking for a favor (like, if I feel weird asking if I can stay at your place or for a ride to the airport, then we’re probably just really good acquaintances).
But that first criterion is kind of something you take for granted.
Till this article from the Onion.
Kudos to my friend Bel. And I’m glad she said it’s self-applicable before I could.
